Sex: Male

Sexual Status: Bisexual

Hair: Pitch black, left side covers the eye while the rest is tied up into a pony tail

Eyes: One blue one green

Appearance:
Tobias is slender but also well built.He wears regular slacks and a black vest over a white shirt with custom made boots

Weapon(s): One combat dagger, and one magnum revolver

Alchemic Power:
Tobias specialises in earth alchemy, able to manipulate dirt, sand, mud and stone thanks to an alchemic symbol on the back of his hand.He can manipulate gravel as well, but only enough to make it shake.

Training:
Earth Alchemy.
Hand-to-hand Combat.
Knives.
Guns.

Family:
All family members are dead.

Dating Status: Single

Strengths:
1) Muddy, sandy, or dry areas
2) Hand to Hand combat.
3)Able to fight with knives.
4)Can fight with guns

Weaknesses:
1)Wet or concrete areas
2) Vulnerable to things that are much faster than him
3)Despite beign able to weild guns, he isn't as accurate with a rifle as he would be with a magnum pistol or an type of handgun.
4)With knives, he hits hard but is a little slow.

Personality:
Tobias is a shy person who trys to get along with everyone he meets.He doesn't talk to much and hardly ever gets angry.When there is an objective, he puts it as top priority, even if it is a small and minor objective.

History:
Tobias was raised by a loving, caring family.Though his family was rich, they saw themselves as average people and treated others as they liked to be treated.He also was tought at a private school for gifted individuals such as himself.At the school he studied combat techniques in hand to hand, knives and guns while at a young age.

At the age of eight his parents died in a train accident, and since he was on the train too, he lost an arm even though he survived.

He was later sent to live with his grandparents who were automail mechanics and made him a new arm to replace the one he lost.It was but a few months afterwards that he attempted alchemy and became adept at it.

He later participated in the State Alchemy exam and passed when he was but 18 years of age. But, the next day he found out that his grandparents died on the day that he had passed the exam, making him go silent and unable to talk as much.

He now resides in the very house his grandparents lived in at Central which is in walking distance of the Military HQ.
