Creating Alchemic Techniques is extremely harsh, considering only very few are capable of doing so, and if they have mastered it they are considered among the elite. In order to create a technique, one would simply need to find a balance between; an equiavilent exchange; and realisticness. Example: Roy Mustang uses Ignition Gloves in order to use his fire tech's, they are made of a amterial they ignites with a rough rub on their surface. Thus, a snap of his fingers would cause a a spark, in which he would possibly use another sort of alchemy to make it go however which way he wants it. Now, please follow the Template to point:
